Somatic Experiencing
I believe that when we encounter resistance within ourselves with curiosity and awareness, we can begin to move beyond old fear-based patterns and into greater freedom and possibility. Our bodies are storytellers, holding the memories of our experiences through sensation, emotion, and nervous system responses. When life becomes overwhelming, whether through a single event or the accumulation of stress over time, healing can emerge through tending to the stories held within the body.
Rather than focusing solely on the story of what happened, this work gently invites attention to the body's sensations, helping restore a sense of safety, regulation, and connection. Our earliest relationships create the blueprint for how we relate to ourselves and others. Through the lens of attachment theory, we begin to understand how our patterns of closeness, safety, and emotional regulation were formed and how they continue to influence our relationships today.
This offering is a deep dive into your attachment story. Together, we chart your relational history to uncover the unconscious imprints that shape your sense of self, your communication style, and your emotional responses. As we explore these early experiences, we gently begin to rewrite internal narratives that may no longer serve you; shifting from patterns of insecurity and reactivity into greater coherence, self-trust, and relational clarity.

Archetypal Storytelling

In my Jungian-based coaching, I use archetypes to guide your personal growth and transformation. Archetypes are fluid patterns within the human psyche that influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, shaping the roles you've been conditioned to play. Together, we’ll explore these patterns, uncover their impact on your life, and create a new, empowering narrative. By bringing awareness to these archetypal forces, you’ll reclaim lost parts of yourself, integrate their strengths, and transform old stories into a more authentic, fulfilling path. Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that invites you to soften into stillness and connect with the deeper layers of your body. Postures are held for several minutes, allowing time for the fascia and connective tissues to release tension and for the nervous system to settle.This practice supports emotional release, enhances circulation, and helps restore the body’s natural flow of energy. With an emphasis on breath and awareness, Yin Yoga becomes a deeply nourishing experience, physically, mentally, and energetically.
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice that blends movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra to awaken your inner energy and elevate your consciousness.Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, these sessions are designed to gently awaken dormant energy and release what no longer serves.

The Medicine
